You want to put legally toy guns on your motorbike in the UK?

Absolutely not legal to do this. 
If anyone who saw the bike reported this to the police you would be prosecuted under Section 1 of the Firearms Act 1982. This relates to imitation weapons.

Even if you claim that they're toy guns the offence is committed simply because they worried someone enough to report them.

You would not get away with "they had orange tips" as a defence because the court would accept that the average "man in the street" would not recognise the significance of these.

Therefore you would almost certainly be found guilty.

You would also be charged under the Construction and Use Regulations for fitting accessories to your motorcycle which protrude in a way that could potentially cause injury to pedestrians or anything else in a collision.

Apart from the legal position - it would stupid.
